What we do
Painting inside and out, stucco and Dryvit, metal buildings, floor coatings, drywall, wallpaper removal, washing, staining and commercial work. One crew for all of it, from the first walk-through to the last piece of tape.

Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, cabinets.
Furniture covered, floors protected, surfaces repaired before anything gets a coat. Customers keep going out of their way to mention the cleanup, which tells you what the days actually look like.

Siding, trim, porches, railings and outdoor structures.
Wash, scrape, prime, then paint, and rotten trim and wood get replaced rather than painted over. Michigan weather finds every corner that got skipped, and the season to do it properly is short.

Whole elevations, banded trim, gables and chimneys.
Stucco drinks material and every cut line against the trim has to be held by hand, so it is a slower job than siding and a different one.

Pole barns, steel siding, roll-up and garage doors.
Metal takes a different primer than wood and shows every run, so it is prep and patience rather than speed. Pole barns, outbuildings, and the overhead doors that get looked at more than any other part of a building.

Patches, cracks, plaster, water damage.
Patches, plaster cracks, and fixing someone else’s bad drywall so it comes out better than it started. It is one of the jobs customers write reviews about.

Epoxy and flake systems over concrete.
Shop floors, garages, basements and back rooms, where the floor takes more abuse in a week than any wall in the building takes in a year. Coated properly it is a surface you can hose down instead of one you sweep and hope about.

Strip it, repair what is underneath, paint it.
Three layers of pre-1950s paper and the plaster damage under it, stripped, repaired, and painted so the wall looks like it was never covered.

Siding, decks, drives and walkways.
Soft wash for siding so the pressure never gets behind it. Straight pressure where it belongs, on concrete and block.

Wash, dry, sand where it is needed, then stain.
A deck stained over dirt looks fine for a season and then peels in sheets. The washing and the drying time are most of the job.
