The estimate form
When you ask for an estimate you give us your name, phone number, email, the kind of work and a message. That is emailed to Frank so he can call you back. Our web studio, YSS, gets a copy so it can check that every request arrives. It is not added to a mailing list and it is not sold or shared with anybody else.
The form is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which works out whether a person or a script sent it. Messages are delivered by Resend, an email sending service.
How we measure the site
Cloudflare Web Analytics and our web studio's own counter record which pages are opened, roughly where in the world a visit came from, and what kind of device it was. Neither sets a cookie.
We also use PostHog to see how people actually use the site. It stores an anonymous id in your browser so it can tell one visit from the next, and it records clicks, scrolling and the pages you move between. It keeps a session recording, a replay of how the page looked and moved during your visit. Everything you type into the form is blanked out before the recording leaves your browser, and the form you send is not recorded. PostHog does not know who you are, and we do not tell it.
We use this to find pages that confuse people and forms that are hard to finish. It is not used for advertising and it does not follow you to other websites.
PostHog stays off if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can also turn it off here, and it stays off on this device.
Who hosts the site
The site runs on Cloudflare Pages, so Cloudflare handles each request before the site does, the way any host would.
